This is underpinned by evidence, key stakeholder engagement and evaluation of the organisation's legacy, outcomes, and impact.

Situational analysis and evidence review to understand current gaps and needs of the organisation. We believe that undertaking a situational analysis is good practice in understanding the As Is to design and develop a realistic plan that can be implemented and evaluated. A situational analysis can include an evidence review, interviews and focus groups with key opinion leaders and stakeholders.

Clinical evaluation to enhance service delivery and performance and inform training and educational requirements. We believe that clinical evaluation is essential to understanding if a service has met its objectives and goals and provides the opportunity to learn and grow at an individual, service and organisational level. We offer expertise and skills to evaluate services using mixed methods, qualitative and quantitative approaches and will design methodologies that will maximise on extracting results to evaluate the service/project/innovation efficiently and effectively.

Research to gain a deeper understanding of the problem/topic area and provide recommendations and a framework to support the organisation/service and enhance quality. We believe that research will help shape and develop an organisation or service and inform practice improving quality and adding value. We will work with the client and/or project sponsors to design and undertake research to meet the needs of the organisation. In our experience it is not one size fits all and we have the knowledge and skills to thoughtfully consider appropriate research designs that will add value to the organisation or service.

Report writing to summarize key areas of work/research to communicate organisational performance including goals and strategic direction. We believe that report is an agile document that needs to flex around the needs of the organisation. As such we will write reports that are useful and can be translated into practice and adapted and adopted to inform different areas of an organisation.

Communicating research and healthcare to engage staff, service users and patients. We believe that any change or introduction of a new service or programme starts with effective communication and engagement. We will work with the client and project sponsor to develop a plan of engagement and develop materials that will support the organisation whilst meeting the needs of staff, service users and patients
